Baby Connect on my iPad and Phone! It is amazing and tracks data that is kinda cool....1603 diapers changed, 797 bottles, number of gallons pumped! The app is totally not necessary but DH and I love it!

I use iBaby on my droid. I really only track feedings so I can remember which side I fed on last and how long ago it was!

I never tracked them. I just feed my LO every 2.5-3 hours and I make sure she is getting a full feeding every time.
She poops every time she BFs, so I don't really need to keep track of her diapers.

We didn't want to use our phones so I got this instead:

We used a spreadsheet on our fridge. We didn't want to use something on our phones in case we had synching issues or another caretaker had to take over for a bit.
