I've never read Gone with the Wind, Pride and Prejudice, or Jane Eyre, to name a few.
I read the Great Gatsby in high school, though I'd like to read it again before the movie!

The Scarlet Letter. I have a copy, I really should read it.
@Mrs. Cowgirl: I'm very much looking forward to The Great Gatsby. The book is pretty short. I bet you could read it in no time.

Ice read everything mentioned do far except Moby Dick.
I haven't read some HS classics like Animal Farm and Zlord of the Flies.
But I would think I've definitely read most classics.

Never read anything by Thomas Hardy. He's on my list but these days my attention span is nonexistent. And I love reading but if I get five minutes to myself, I love sleeping more.

Most, sadly I read a lot as a child but not as an adult and as a kid I read more young adult books.
I think the only classics I've read are huckleberry Finn, the scarlet letter, to kill a mockingbird, a few Shakespeare plays, and Heidi.
There were some I started reading and couldn't get through like heart of darkness and tale of two cities (so wordy!).

@Mrs. Pen: It took me awhile to get through A Tale Of Two Cities (like, a month, and I took breaks to read other stuff while I worked through it), but it was so, so worth it!
I actually feel like I've read quite a few classics, but then I look at the list and realize I've barely scratched the surface. But putting my toasted mommy brain to that much effort to read a book (not all classics are really heavy reading, obviously, but a lot of them are and I need something fluffy and engaging to hold my attention these days, lol) just feels like too much work right now. Some of the ones I haven't read are any of Jane Austen's (clutches throat), Gone With The Wind (preparing to be murdered in my bed tonight, but the movie was such a waste of 4 hours of my life, I can't imagine devoting any time to the book), most if Dicken's, yeah, there's a lot I haven't read.
