Everything associated with bottle feeding. I was over-confident about being able to breastfeed, so we had nothing. So, bottles, formula, bottle brush, etc.

the medela hand pump. Worked wonders for me! and lots and lots of Panera (not really baby related, but man that was some good eats)

a couple nursing bras, more receiving blankets because we used those instead of burp clothes because he spit up so much and a double electric pump.

Clothes (LO was teeny tiny and needed preemie clothes), bottles (took forever to find one he liked), nursing tanks, pack and play, and car seat. LO came 6 weeks early and we were not prepared.

Smaller clothing and wipes! I didn't think he'd go through so many wipes! Oh, and another changing pad cover (pee accidents) and more velcro swaddles (we sucked at the big swaddles).

Nipple shields and an electric pump. I already had a manual one and thought I wouldn't need an electric one because I was SAH, boy, was I wrong!

Another Miracle Blanket so we didn't have to do laundry as much and lots of postpartum stuff for me.

Newborn onesies (we didn't have any!), different brands of pacifiers, pump rental (and then eventually I bought a pump), and lactation consultant services.

A pump/pumping supplies, bottles, storages bags, bigger shields. Pretty much pumping/bottle supplies as she was unable to latch onto me.

A few more night time nursing bras, summer infant swaddle blankets (which only lasted a few weeks), Tucks pads, motrin, regular pads for PP bleeding, more nursing pads, and snacks because I was starving to death every night while BFing.

sleep and plays, more newborn clothings (we got a lot of 0-3), Ergo infant insert, ktan (liked so much better than the infant insert), nursing bras and tanks, happiest baby on the block DVD, ventaire bottles, gas drops, a swing... LOL I bought a lot of stuff. DD had a very rough first month. She would cry for 6 hours at night.

@autumnlove: I watched a ton of youtube videos. It took a lot of practice but in the end we got it, and I still use it to this day when I dont want to drag out the ergo. I feel the ergo is such a production

wow, i'm surprised how many people said sleepers/sacks! my (unborn) kid has so many pajamas, sacks, and sleepers. People really liked gifting those to us!

A moby wrap (bust); a babyhawk mei tai (another bust); earth mama angel baby nipple butter (bleh, much prefer the motherlove cream I bought recently); colace; a sitz bath and motherlove sitz bath stuff, neither of which I used; a manual pump; soothies (useless); nipple shields (useless); a double electric breast pump; larger flanges; hands-free pump bra; camelbak water bottle; kiddopotamus snuzzler (never used).
I seriously think FedEx was at our house every other day for that first month.
