Hellobee Boards

We have an early bowling reservation with my sister, BIL, their 2 kids and my brother and his GF! Last year was spent in the NICU and prior to that we usually spend it watching movies at home.

Spending it at a friends house sounds like a nice way to spend it though! Have fun

Not sure right now. We usually go to some friend's house for a big game night but as of right now they aren't sure if they are having it (currently traveling). If we don't do that we will likely keep it low key at home.

Waiting for baby to arrive! I don't mind because its -36 here at the moment.

Going over to our friend's house with one other couple (both couples have young daughters within a few months of our daughter). We'll eat pizza, drink wine, and play cards.

I have no idea. We might go down to my BIL's, but we've both been sick for over a week now, and just got home after being gone for just as long so we might just hang out at home.

Going out for dinner in NYC with 3 other couples then going back to one of their apts. to play games and watch the fireworks from Times Square.

DH and I have always stayed in ever since we first started dating. We usually make a huge meal with multiple courses that are eaten throughout the night (with multiple bottles of wine/bubbly) and just spend it together. Now that we have DS, we continue to do this but with maybe a little less wine.

I can't help but to sing Ella Fitzgeralds, "What are you doing New Years Eve" when I saw this

Not sure yet, but most likely staying in and making a big deal out of the ball dropping in NY for DS since we're on the west coast and he can go to bed at 9. We'll make our favorite foods and play card games.

Well, I worked today. That was fun.

Got a bottle of Prosecco and made some brownies. We're going to have our own Law & Order SVU marathon after LO is asleep. Pretty low key. Just hoping the fireworks don't wake her up!

Jamjams, TV and snack night for these sick peeps!

Me and my best friend who has a 1 yr old DD are having chinese food and a few drinks at her house and watching old MTV Newlywed DVDs a show we used to love years ago....both our DH are LEO so they are working tonight!!!!!!

No babysitter tonight so putting DD to bed, having a nice steak dinner with DH and quietly watching the ball drop with a glass of champagne. Not a bad way to end the year

Well....E is asleep, D is napping, I'm sitting on the couch in PJ's watching Drinking Buddies and drinking what I just learned is called a vodka Madras (just Madras? aka vodka, cranberry juice and orange juice). Exciting stuff!

Going to a ladies night out dinner while the Mr. watches baby. They'll probably be asleep by the time I come home.

DH is at work, but came home for dinner. I'm not doing anything but looking forward to a chill day tomorrow with DH and DS.

We're staying home. I just made some dinner. We're going to go outside and light a fire in our fire pit and drink some champagne.

We went out to dinner at one of our favorite mid-price restaurants, caught a movie and I was in bed by eleven. The lowest stress NYE we have had in years!
