We decided not to exchange gifts, but a few days ago I saw some really cute handkerchiefs so I am going to attempt to monogram them for him. I'm excited but a little nervous because this will be my first attempt at embroidery.

I got him a wallet, a winter hat and matching gloves (the kind that you can wear while you use your smartphone) and a pack of 6 Reese's trees. I also got him a Breaking Bad Heisenberg t-shirt "from" LO.

I got him a new grill which I already gave him. And then I bought him a nice leather overnight bag. Too bad when we got to my parents house the bag wasn't here. Damn thing is back ordered. I'm pissed!!

DH loves scotch whisky so I got him a bottle of Johnny Walker Blue and I got the bottle engraved with a sweet message.

We are taking it easy this year as we had the wedding and a move to recoup from. He got me a new laptop (need it for school and we were going to get one anyway) and I got him a video game, an electric shaver, some house slippers with our alma mater on them, Spider-Man boxers and some choice sweets. I am also going to be getting him a shadow box to hang a jersey in his "War Room".

I only got him one gift, and it isn't very romantic, but I got him the Fujitsu SnapScan. It is super spendy, but he complains all the time about having too much paper around. (And he at least once mentioned that he wished he had a better scanner than the flatbed one he has now!) Hopefully he likes it. He already got me my first pair of skis for Christmas, so now I feel like my present is a little dull...

His big gift is lowering springs to lower his car.
I also got him a pair of Oxford shoes.
In his stocking he got stupid expensive underwear, dress socks, a funny mug, and candy. -
We said no gifts, but I decided to spring for a 7 guitar stand. I set it up while he was out and displayed all of his guitars. He loved it, and I love not having guitars proped up all over the house.

I bought him a 3 tier tool chest, thought I was done and then found the 50th Anniversary James Bond box set and had to buy it. He's also getting new house slippers.

Nothing. The last few years we have opted to choose a gift together for the house - this year we got rid of our glass coffee table in favor for a leather storage ottoman.
