We're being pretty boring this year because my LO is so young and doesn't know what gifts are, so I just didn't want to spend the money. But I couldn't just not get her anything.
We got her a Chanukah CD and board book. I figure she'll be able to use it throughout the years too, so she'll get a lot of use out of it.
What are you getting your LO for the holidays this year?

Well, DS is almost 4, so he knows now! 
We got him a tool bench for the garage, a Play Doh maker, and I think we might get him a skateboard.... its the one thing he is actually asking for, which is really random!

My mom got our LO a Fisher Price Little People nativity scene. I thought it was cute and could be used at holidays for a few years!

@Rosie Girl: That's one lucky kid! The tool bench sounds awesome! I remember asking for a skate board when I was little. I never got it 
My neighbor did though so I got to play with hers.
@TheHistoryOfUs: I have a good friend who has all of the little people stuff, she LOVES them! Such a fun way to learn about Christmas.

My daughter is three so we have to get her stuff lol. We got her some lego (duplo) sets, some books and a new bouncy ball because she has been asking for a new ball for what seems like forever now!

LO is only 11 weeks so Christmas at our house will also be boring... we had an idea though to start getting disney movies... lion king, little mermaid etc... for when she gets older. I think we might also look at those toys that you attach to the side of the crib, like a ocean scene that moves and lights up.

LO will be 6 months, and I have an Amazon wish list for him, but mostly for grandparents' sake. I may get him a couple of little things like a shape sorter or ball popper that will come in handy now that he's starting to sit up.

My girl will be 4.5months for Christmas, and I've been having a lot of fun shopping for her. I know she won't remember but I'd feel bad if I didn't go all out the way I normally do. We bought her some clothes that she can use for the next few months, a laugh and learn teddy bear, some teethers so far. I may get her a few more toys, but that is all budget dependent!

My daughter is almost 2, and we're actually planning on getting her NOTHING! I feel a little bad, but her grandparents and aunt are buying her a ton of stuff- and her bday is in January which is a whole second load of gifts.
Since she's too little to notice, I'm thinking of just holding off and letting her enjoy the gifts she's getting from everyone else.

9-Telescope, magic set, and a lego book plus little goodies for his stocking, oh and a literati e-reader if I can figure it out ($30 on clearance!)
6-Hello Kitty bathroom set, princess/fairy book, a princess digital camera she ask for and something barbie we haven't got yet.
3- kidizoom digital camera, dora block books, and a big girl bike.
2 month old a play yard, and I think I'm going to order Sophie the Giraffe if it's prime on amazon, clothes, binkies and teethers in her stocking. We won't have the middle 2 Christmas morning so they'll do stockings at their Mom's house. The 9 year old is getting a digital camera from his Grandparents.
Wow that's a long list, but we kept it right at $300!!!

We're not getting her anything. She's only 8 months old so it makes no difference to her. Also, I'm sure she'll get plenty of gifts from both sides of our family.

She's getting from us, the Poppity Pop Dino, a bouncer saucer thing, little purse, her 1st doll and a Sophie, which I've opened already.LOL
Yes, she's 3 months, but there's no way I could not get her anything. Plus, she'll use some as she gets older...why NOT get it on sale.

I am so excited we JUST bought them NOW! We finally heard back from DH's ex who finally confirmed that we are getting DH's DD the day after xmas! Cant wait for her to open her gift RIGHT AWAY in the car. Tickets to Disneyland! She has no idea! I cant wait! She has never been, neither has DH. Its going to be fantastic I am so excited. She will get the tickets and we are literally driving there after she opens them. Lots of excitement followed by two days of driving! Haha!
