I read somewhere that practicing gratitude can increase your happiness level by 25 percent. So I thought maybe we could take a minute and list 5 things we're grateful for today.
Today I'm grateful for:
-My family (especially my new baby boy)
-This life that has been given to me
-The feel of the sunshine and the gentle breeze on this beautiful day
-Iced green tea from starbucks
-Long walks with DH and DS
