So the only ones that have seen a lot of extra play has been the crane one. Thankfully that's the only one we've bought new out of the thomas the train line; the rest came in a bundle from a friend's son that no longer played with it. Like he plays with the thomas add ons, but his favorites are the thomas crane and the Melissa & Doug animal train set

Bridges are very popular here! And the turntable and crossing. We got the starter set from toys r us years ago (whatever was cheap) and have added pieces mostly from ikea with some brio from the grandparents. Oh and at some point I bought a train table from Walmart that came with a set of tracks. They don’t all fit perfectly but it works well enough. So annoying that the die cast metal Thomas trains generally don’t fit on the wooden tracks - only the wooden ones do i think (not sure). So the wooden trains get more play even though we have several types.
