I'm flying solo with DS tonight. I had some Mac n cheese with turkey burger that was left on the high hair tray, some chips and a snickers bar. I'm the epitome of healthy eating tonight.

On the road so we stopped at Cracker Barrel, chicken n dumlings and fried okra. Then a Mickey D's cone for dessert.

DH is working later than normal and I was/am exhausted/totally unmotivated to make anything so I picked up lettuce wraps from our favorite sandwich place! We're having watermelon with it.

Followed by a big bowl of rainbow sherbet.

@Leialou: I LOVE Carrabbas! We moved out to the 'burbs in May and now there is one right by our house so we seriously go there once a week!

I made a Courgette (Zucchini), Feta, and Israeli Couscous Salad. It was delish and super easy to make!

I made some pork loin in the crock pot and then we had some barbecue sauce with it and fries. Yummy!
