A salad, and snacking on carrots. I've been eating a salad for the past two weeks and it's scary! I'm never this healthy!

I had leftover pasta. DH forgot to take it to work again so I figured it was fair game!

I ate LO's leftovers from lunch -- veggies and tofu with noodles. I'll be hungry in about half an hour. My LO stole and chugged my morning green smoothie, and I think that's throwing me off today.

Crustless spinach quiche and a salad with mixed greens, cucumber, red bell pepper and balsamic vinaigrette.

The kitchen sink: leftover breaded chicken, leftover grilled chicken, leftover potatoes and leftover rice.
