I've been sick, busy and then DH was off work for a week so I haven't worked out in forever. Today I did a 3 mile walk on top of getting back into the swing of waking up before the girls. So basically I sat down on the couch (some how ice cream ended up in my hand...) and now I can't get back up! lol I really need to be cleaning up the kitchen though. What are you putting off?
