I'm going through all of L's stuff to wash, sort, and put away into storage. I'm keeping most of her clothes, nice socks like Trumpettes, receiving blankets that were barely used, etc... but I don't know if I should save things like wash cloths, bibs, burp cloths, etc. Everything is very gently used, but a part of me feels bad that LO #2 isn't gonna have anything brand new at all, not even socks.

I'm saving everything!!! Chances are low that they'll be in the same season so I wouldn't hold my breath that all clothes can be reused.

We are saving everything. I'm assuming people will gift her things so she'll get some new stuff.... and most of the stuff is hand me downs from other people anyway so it's not like LO #1 wears new clothes. All of those little things add up, so I'd rather save that money and put it into something we need.

I too am saving most of everything, only tossing stuff that is heavily used. I'm sure some things will get tossed later if we get gifted items/gift cards to replace, but it can't hurt to try to save money where we can...

I'm saving everything as well. I have LO's clothes and A&A blankets ready for space bagging. I just bought more Avent bottles recently. I'll probably replace nipples on them only, but beyond that, everything's going to get reused.

I'm saving everything! I will get future LO's new things like A&A blankets, maybe one new crib sheet, new outfits here and there...but I plan on mostly re-using everything we already have since some things were barely used at all.

I'll save everything. Future baby #2 will never know and I'm super cheap! I've even intentionally been buying sleep sacks and things like that in neutral colors so that I won't get any crap for using them in the event of a boy.

I saved everything! Except I sold the swing because I knew it would just collect dust...besides it seems like a cooler swing comes out every few years lol.

@MrsF: If we're lucky enough to have a girl as LO #2, she'll probably wear some blue clothes.

I'm saving everything except the swing. We're undecided on if we're having more, but if we do, it'll be a few years away, and the swing is just way too bulky to store.

We saved everything. All of our gear is gender neutral and gently used. Most of it looks brand new. There were some wash cloths and towels that I threw away. They were cheap and we never used them. If it wasn't useless, I kept it.

I will save everything. I would rather have money to buy new clothes for #2 than anything else. Plus with 2 in day care we won't be able to afford anything!

we still have everything! but, i got pregnant 6 months pp....so we didn't really have time to get rid of anything. also #1 is a boy and #2 is a girl....so we have slim pickings of clothes - and they are born in different seasons

My LO #1 is already wearing a ton of hand me downs! I got lots of stuff handed down from my sister and my SIL, both of whom have boys, so if this LO is a girl (team green) she will still wear some blue for sure.
They won't know until they are a lot older if they are wearing hand me downs, so save your money until then!

I will save everything, and if we have a boy I'll replace blankets, clothes, ect. but if it's another girl I'll use it all! I know I'll buy some new items but for sure reusing as much as possible (reason why I registered for mostly gender neutral stuff!)
