I am lucky in the sense that I have fast metabolism so I dont gain any weight and I use this as my excuse to eat lots of chocolate and sweet things. I've had dental issues in the past and i really cut down on sugars but then during my pregnancy I lapsed back into my sugar eating ways and now I have several cavities. So I am trying to improve my dental health by cutting out all the excess sugary foods and then flossing religiously.
My dentist asked me yesteryday if I floss everyday and I said "I try to" and she responded "Do you eat everyday or do you TRY to eat everyday? As long as you eating everyday should be flossing every and not just trying to floss." So thats what I am working on now.
