Well, I'm not wearing this to an officer party per se, but I wear the dress to work. I'm adding this black and green-gold necklace for my holiday party at home.

@regberadaisy: I just got something at Target! I can't find it online tho.. It's like a short-sleeve thicker material fit and flare dress with like an embellished neckline.
