    A stroller - we have a Cosco Adirondack (with a car seat until baby is old enough to sit) and ours has stood up to 2.5 years of heavy use very well
    A&A blankets
    Diapers
    A crib
    A pump (Medela Pump in Style Advanced, extra bonus that the backpack it comes in doubled as my work bag very nicely)

    And just for my youngest... a carrier (Freehand mei tai). The kid hates the stroller, the crib, and anything other than being carried by me. DS was a much calmer kid, but with DD a carrier is a must.
