I'm laughing and crying at the same time at this thread. I was just looking at the boudoir pics I took for my wedding and mentally sobbing. My sexy full 34Bs are now flappy 36Cs, even though I'm still nursing #2! I dread what they will look like after I wean. I am SO sick of feeling my boobs touching my skin on the underside.

@anandam: Down from pre-pregnancy size! I was small BEFORE pregnancy and now I'm even SMALLER.

@CRGmama: if it's any consolation my nipples did go back to their previous state after completely weaning (at least until into pregnancy #2).

So a LC I know told me that boobs often go back (somewhat) after several years. They will never be as perky from pregnancy/age, but the post-BF empty sock look does improve over time apparently!

@daniellemybelle: That was the case for me, and fairly quickly. My DD's got even bigger while I was nursing. When I weaned, they got smaller, and just had sort of a sad, deflated look. Especially around the top. And some sag, although not as bad as they might have. They've really filled out in recent months, though, and they look far better than before.
