I've never been big on putting on makeup daily. I got through spurts of deciding it's important (like every 5 years or so). Well I'm in one of those spurts and I need to start fresh with my makeup. Tell me what your basic everyday essentials are.

For makeup every day I wear:
Chanel foundation
YoungBlood translucent setting powder (I have oily/combo skin)
Nars Orgasm blush
DiorShow mascara
Chanel eyebrow pencil (just a little)
My goal is to look natural, look like I have good skin (I don't , haha) but not “made up”. If I’m going out on date night or an evening work function or something I’ll put on eyeliner/shadow and maybe lipstick.

I've had hit-or-miss luck with the expensive products. If I find a cheaper product I love, I stick with it.
Makeup remover: Neutrogena oil free eye makeup remover
Face wash: h2O marine cleaning gel
Face lotion: Aveda botanical kinetics hydrating lotion (LOVE, but took me a few days to get used to the botanical scent which dissipates quickly)
Tinted moisturizer: Neutrogena healthy skin glow sheers illuminating tinted moisturizer (I like this a lot better than Laura Mercier)
Concealer: Neutrogena 3 in 1 concealer, I like it better than the benefit erase paste which seems to leave a shiny finish on me, and is a little dark for my fair skin.
Powder: Physicians Formula (I like it better than the Neutrogena powders which are more hard packed, but still my 2nd choice)
Blush: Nars
Eyeshadow: Ulta brand for matte, Naked 2 pallet for shimmer
Eyeliner: Ulta brand waterproof liner
Mascara: Maybelline falsies
Eyebrow pencil: Elf brand
Eyelash curler: shu uemura but I also like this little travel japonesque one I got recently

I use a variety of mineral blushes from Silk Naturals.
Physician's Formula Organix mascara...I think that's the name.
Sunscreen lip balm
If I want to do more, like going out, I will add lipstick and eye shadow. I like MAC Syrup and Girl About Town.

My everyday is:
- Lioele dollface cc cream
- Kat Von D lock-it foundation
- Bobbi Brown bronzer
- Nars Orgasm blush
- Bobbi Brown brown gel eyeliner (very close to top lash line to make eyelashes look longer)
- Urban Decay virgin eyeshadow
- Bare Minerals eyebrow powder to fill in eyebrows
- Benefit RollerLash mascara
- Sugar Lip Treatment lip balm
It sounds like a lot but it only takes about 5-10 minutes. My goals are really just to even out my skin tone, brighten it up a little (very pale), and even out my eyebrows.

Y'all rock. I see some of my old favorites mentioned (DiorShow Mascara, Urban Decay eyeliner and Nars Orgasm blush).
I used to use Bare Minerals everything but I finally discarded the drawer full of stuff that I accumulated and was hoarding and I want to just get a few solid everyday items that I will actually use.
