I always want something sweet after my meal but I don't like to buy cookies or anything because I know that if they're there I'll eat them. I'd love to have something that I don't feel bad keeping in the house, but I'm not a big fruit eater.

I was going to say fruit, but... LOL. What about yogurt or popsicles? Or those Fiber 1 brownies that are only 90 calories?

hrm, fat free sorbet? avocado smoothie (ripe avocado + condensed milk (though condensed milk isnt exactly healthy!))
trail mix (the ones with chocolate chips in them)?
i always have fig newtons at home, i cant eat more than 2-3 at a time so they're not too indulgent.
I also love frozen blue berries. they are sweet, a bit like sorbet and delicious, but since you dont like fruit too much, im not sure if these are a good option for you.

You can put regular yogurt in the freezer to make "frozen yogurt" and it seems like you're eating ice cream but it's healthy!
Or, dark chocolate has antioxidants and is good for heart health, you could eat a square or two of that after dinner to get your "sweet fix."

I love sweets, but I have no portion control! So, it's best for me to have things that are individually wrapped. I eat a lot of fruit, I could eat it for every meal, no problem. I find if you freeze fruit (berries, bananas, peaches, mangos) and then let it soften slightly, you get a similar mouthfeel like sorbet. I also like frozen grapes and frozen pineapple spears.
Grilled fruit is good to, but not a quick snack. Dried fruit? Fruit leather?

I make yogurt parfaits a lot. Yogurt, frozen or fresh berries and granola - yum
Sucks you can't have chocolate!

If you are craving sweets, it could be because you are not getting enough carbs. I recommend eating some more healthy carbs with each meal (sweet potatoes, brown rice, ect).
Otherwise, yogurt would be my first recommendation.

I put fat free cool whip in the freezer and will have a spoonful here and there (weight watchers trick) instead of ice cream. I also do yogurt, frozen fruit juice to make a slushy, trail mix, 100 calorie cookie packs, bowl of cereal.
