If you can find it. It is worth breaking paleo over.

We love, love the Thai Red Curry Sauce. Makes a super easy dinner. I usually roast some cauliflower and potatoes (which can be done ahead of time) and throw the bottle of it in a big pot with chickpeas and peas for color and warm through. Make some rice (or not for paleo). Vegetarian crowd pleaser, but you could vary and throw in some chicken for sure.

Oh, and I also love the ready made lentils for an easy weeknight dinner.. saute some onion and garlic, add lentils, warm through (add water if too dry) and put some tumeric, cumin and ginger. Yum. Eat plain or add to a salad.

I like their frozen seafood selection a lot, especially the wild salmon (they have a few different ones I think). And I'm obsessed with smoothies lately and their frozen fruit/berries selection is great. The frozen mango chunks are a current favorite. Nut butters are good and a lot cheaper than regular supermarkets for the natural versions. Oh and their cheese section! They have a honey goat cheese that is SO good, plus their cheddars-- I like the Irish cheddar and there is some kind of Coastal English cheddar, so good. And the mini mozz balls in oil are good (perhaps not paleo friendly on the cheeses though?) I like to get a big pack of the frozen chicken breasts too, to keep on hand.

I used to live really close to one and did my primary grocery shopping there. Now it's further away, so I try to stock up on the things that I think are better there than the regular grocery store-- so the frozen fruit, frozen fish, and cheese.

Not such a fan of their refrigerated prepared stuff. It's fine, but nothing special.

ETA: I forgot-- the chicken sausage is AWESOME, and the ravioli are really good for a quick and easy meal. The goat cheese ravioli are my favorite, but also love the butternut squash one and the lobster one. And the regular one is great too.

I love their Picton Bay Sauvignon Blanc ($7.99!) and Pouilly Fume for wines! This definitely isn't paleo but their frozen gnocchi is sooo good.

Buffalo jerky, swordfish, honey sesame cashews, their power balls (fruit juice balls in dark chocolate), kettle cooked jellies candy, Ethiopian coffee...all their veggies are great. I'm not a fan of their meat except the fish. Their chicken sausages are good, too. I also like their frozen apps if you're throwing a party. Their vodka sauce is also good. DH loves their chocolate chip granola bars

I buy lot of nuts, fruit, and fish there

@IRunForFun: yep! It's in the cereal section and comes in a small, yellowish zip-top bag. They make it a 'maple nut' and a 'fruit and nut' flavor and both are pretty good! I usually toss a handful in with my yogurt in the morning

Happy to see this thread. We just got a TJ's, and I haven't found anything that I've gone nuts over yet.

I do like their olive oil, olive bread, almonds, and meat selection. I also sampled their lotion and liked it. It looks like they have a good selection of supplements, too!

@PrincessBaby: I know you already went but here are my favorites!

I LOVE their bool kogi pre-marinated steak - omg soooooo gooood. I top it with sesame seeds when I make it at home and serve with sushi rice and a veggie like steamed broccoli.

I do love almost all their premarinated meats and it's great when I know I only have 20 minutes to make dinner because the meat takes less than 10 minutes. The pesto chicken and tomato basil chicken are equally amazing. Carne asada - very spicy but good. I love it in tacos/burritos!

My husbands favorite food from there is the gorgonzola crackers. Def not paleo but delicious nonetheless.

I have to admit I love their Joe's O's as well. It's a healthier oreo alternative - still not healthy but the lesser of two evils haha. they are delish.

Oh and their coffee. Oh lordy their coffee. It's all I ever buy. I'm partial to the organic fair trade ethiopian blend. The wake up breakfast blend is pretty delicious too. To make it paleo, stir in some coconut milk and coconut sugar - yum!

Their juice (with no sugar) is good too. LOVE the blueberry juice.

It's also the only place I buy jam because they have one without sugar, instead it has fruit juice in it.

OH! and wine. Moscato d'asti in the pretty bottle about $7 - soooooo delicious. omg. it's amazing. I could drink a whole bottle in one night.

I'm all about their boxes of soup, dried fruits and nuts! I make my own trail mixes with their stuff!

I also second the cheese and wine selection!

Not to mention they are far more reasonable in the higher end stuff (olive oils, balsamic, sauces, etc) than most grocery stores!

Chocolate covered power berries!!!

Not paleo, but I love their risotto. It is in the frozen section. I prefer the mushroom, but the asparagus is good too. So quick and easy and so good! I also love their frozen roasted corn and frozen mashed sweet potatoes.
