I like pottery barn for duvets, and kohls for sheets since they're always on sale!
I like anthropology and west elm bedding but I've never owned any.
How about you?

pottery barn and crate and barrel. DH got us really nice sheets from Bloomingdales for our 2nd anniversary; they're sferra and hudson park and they are soooo soft!

@hilsy85: what is the thread count?!?! I'm going to get DH sheets for his birthday because he's a sheet snob haha. I think I'll get 800-1000 TC!

My go to is always Target! But I do love a lot of West Elm's bedding, but it's a little more expensive!

Ikea because they're cheap and have held up well. We bought some nice sheets for when we got married because it's "tradition" to put new bedding on when you get married, and within like 6 months, the threading was falling apart and the bed sheet tore!!
@Mrs. Pen: You should get him bamboo sheets. Those things feel amaaaaaazing!!

Pottery Barn, West Elm and Crate and Barrel. I also like to buy sheets at Marshalls, Century 21, TK Maxx etc because they usually have amazing deals on sheets.

@Mrs. Pen: can't find the thread count for the sets we have, but they are all really nice! Also check out jon robshaw.

Anthropologie for Duvet Cover and Comforter sets. I also have a couple of Rachel Ashwell from Target sets. I like buying high thread-count sheets from Home Goods.

I think Target has nice and soft sheets that aren't super expensive. Love every duvet I have had from West Elm

@shopaholic: @plantains: oooh good call I'll check out Home Goods and Marshalls for sheets
@Alivoo01: oooh!! where do you buy them? just amazon or somewhere else? I like to feel sheets in person haha.

@Mrs. Pen: This is the company that I initially found out from, but I'm sure you can get them via Amazon too. They feel uber soft and they're supposed to keep you a few degrees cooler too! However, they're kind of pricey... =\

I love Costco's Kirkland brand sheets. They don't pill and thats my #1 pet peeve with sheets.
Costco also sold some Calvin Klein sheets a few years ago that also were great... but the CK sheets I've bought at Macys didn't seem to hold up as well.
I like Hotel Collection as well, which you can find at Macys.

We just bought a TON of new bedding this weekend and I wish I had seen this thread! We got everything at Bed Bath and Beyond.

My favorite sheets were from Bed, bath, and Beyond on clearance and I haven't been able to find them since getting our bigger bed. Otherwise I go to Kohl's or target.

In the past, I have purchased bedding sets at Ross, Marshall's, Macy's and Overstock.com. Although for our budget, the crappiest quality was from Macy's.
@Alivoo01: Think I need to check out Ikea, too.

I like Target for sheets. I haven't really ventured out to any higher-end stores because I am still in the mindset of the broke married couple living on a graduate stipend (even though it's been 3 years since those days).

@evansjamie: hahaha I am too!! which is why I go to kohls - I can usually get another 30% sale prices The sheets I got at target that I loved were $50 for a set and we've had them for 3 years. I think it's time to replace them though. I am definitely a bargain hunter!

@Mrs. Pen: Oh good, I'm not the only one! It pained me to buy my DwellStudio for Target quilt, but it really makes the bed and I still smile every day when I look at it. I'll have to take a look at Kohls, maybe at 9:00 am on a Monday since ours is a complete zoo.
