I am needing some inspiration. I've written some of my own workouts, found some online, used some from past training sessions - but I need some new stuff. I like a mix of lifting and cardio, but I like limited equipment only because I hate jumping from machine to machine in the gym.
what are you favorite gym routines? I'm open to either full body or split routines! some weeks I only make it in 3-4x, so full body is nice. but other weeks I like split because I'm there more often.
