We are going over to a friend's to watch the Canada vs USA hockey game, then heading to my parents' for a fondue and hot tub party.
Pretty low key, but that's how I like it! How will you be ringing in 2015?

My SIL turned 40 on the 26th, and BIL is throwing her a huge 40th birthday/NYE toga party tonight!

Our son has only been home a month so we definitely can't do the babysitter thing! None of my friends have kids so no one is having kid friendly parties of course ;). We're stocked up on wine and food and we're going to enjoy it in our apartment. I am sorely missing last year, when we rang in 2014 on a beach in Antigua

We're doing our Christmas/Santa tomorrow since we just got back in town, so we have to do last minute touch ups on the play kitchen and somehow get the huge beast from our basement to the play room upstairs...
And champagne - don't forget the champagne!

Going to order sushi, drink some Prosecco and catch up on Sons of Anarchy... May sound boring to some but after the last week of Christmas parties and running around we are all exhausted and can't wait for a relaxing night home! Also its our first as a family of 3 and I wouldn't want to ring in the new year without my baby boy

At the Oregon coast with M, and my MIL and her husband when they arrive this afternoon. We are having a crab feast tonight and walking to a big brunch tomorrow. We will be watching football, so much football.

Order in Japanese food and relax! I usually don't make it to midnight

We're staying in....we are making pizza and my husband and I might watch a movie. I bet I will be asleep by 9.

After DD goes to bed, making nachos for dinner, drinking some sparkling cider, and movie watching....so boring with a 2 yr old and being pregnant but I wouldn't change it for the world!

No plans! Our toddler won't make it past 8:30, nor would I try, so we are stuck in. I can't even have champagne since I'm preg! It'll be a quiet year, that's for sure!

Staying in, putting LO to bed at her usual time, and watching a movie with yummy food Probably going to bed before midnight.
ETA: also watching Canada-US World Junior Hockey game

My husband is on call, so no exciting plans here. I bought my favourite sparkling wine, so I'll have a couple of glasses of that and we will probably watch the hockey game and be in bed by 12:30

It's my son's 3rd birthday and he's getting a fort making kit for his birthday, so I see some fort construction happening tonight. The only reason I might make it to midnight is by I have to feed the baby.

My best friend is having a cocktail party for a small group of friends, so we are headed over to her place once my husband gets off work at 8. I'm planning to allow myself two sips of champagne, which I have been looking forward to all week - sparkling wine is the only alcoholic beverage I've missed while pregnant, and oh have I missed it.

We're going to a friend's house for their annual NYE party. We've missed it in years past because LO was sick the first year. I was sick last year. I'm napping today sometime, so we're definitely going.

We are hosting a small dinner party for 2 other couples and then we are all heading over to a Mad Men/60s themed party. I'm excited to dress up, nervous about staying up until midnight, but it should be good minus being the DD HAHA I bought some stuff to make a fruity mocktail so I can feel included though.

We're all sick with colds so either staying home or driving and hanging out with my parents and staying the night (they're sick, too).

We're not really party people, and I'm not comfortable leaving our younger one overnight yet with anyone but my parents, who already have NYE plans. I'm making one of our favorites for dinner (Cajun Chicken Alfredo) and then once the kids are in bed we're renting a movie, and we got a few special treats and some drinks for while we're watching it.
I liked the idea of having some friends over for something low-key, but they all either have little ones and no babysitter, or aren't parents yet so they want to hit up bigger parties/bars/whatever.

We'll be staying in--I like the idea of getting take out to feel a little more festive!
I avoid being on the roads with all the drunk drivers, and hate the crowded bars.
We usually take a moment to reflect on the highs and lows of the year and talk about our hopes and dreams for the new year. I really do love the feeling of a fresh start.

I have a really bad cold, and DH is working so we will be staying in. I have a pot roast in the crock pot for dinner tonight.

Staying in, hoping the girls go to bed decently early. Ordering sushi in. But my hopes of having some alcohol are out due to DD2's hourly wakeups for the past week.
Add me & my 4m to the sicko list.

First nye with baby! First time I haven't stayed up until 12 to see the ball drop! Haha. No way I can make it, so we perhaps will get some to go foods and celebrate early.

Staying in. We we ordered Indian food and opened a bottle of champagne. I'm sure I'll be asleep well before midnight!

@Charm54: fondue and a hot tub sounds awesome!
@mrsog: 2 years ago my LO was only 3 weeks old. DH didn't make it to midnight... he was fast asleep on the couch. LO and I watched the ball drop and I rocked her while Auld Lang Syne played in the background. It is a fond, peaceful, memory!
We're going to a 5-course dinner with a group of friends. It's at a wine pairings place, but I am pregnant, so no wine for me! Dinner isn't until 9:30, we plan to ring in the new year at the restaurant.
