Mon-Wed has been crazy, so we're gonna take it easy today.
Gonna chill at home, walk to Target and hang out at the playground.

More unpacking...trying to get this house to look more like a house and less like a storage unit.

I'm working from home today. I was hoping to sneak in a lunchtime nap but DH has called in sick today with flu (he had a temperature of 39.8C earlier!) so that's out of the window.

We have a work social event at a ping pong night club. Yes, that exists. Hopefully food will be good!

@tinyperson: A ping pong nightclub?? Please tell me that's where people play ping ping (like Forrest Gump) and not where ladies... y'know.....

@Cherrybee: yup, we're going to play ping pong. In a night club. So weird. Apparently it's quite trendy!

Probably just go to Target and grab some lunch with LO. I wanted to take him to the science center or Storyville but he has Roseola. He is no longer contagious but the rash is pretty angry looking and I'm scared it will weird the other parents out.

@chopsuey: you can walk to Target?! That would be trouble.
We are going on a picnic with a friend then I HAVE to get this laundry done later it's been a 3 day process.

I'm supposed to be resting. So I'll spend the day on the couch alternating between watching tv and reading.

Work, then date night tonight!!!
Tentative plans for date night... sushi AT A RESTAURANT (eeeeee), then walking around and doing some light shopping... returning some stuff at Sephora and getting some more foundation. And maybe popping into Gap and BR to see if we can score any deals. The whole family is hurting a little for some nice summer clothes.
