hey all,
I've been doing some googling on baby products as I am currently setting up my baby registry and am hesitant to put Johnson & Johnson products on there. I am not completely against it, but i have read that some babies get rashes or parents were just happier with other products. If i get some J&J at my shower, i will use them up for sure (unless my baby starts getting a rash of course!). But i also have the option of registering for J&J Natural products or Aveeno Baby - all owned by J&J. Can anyone say what their preference is and why?
I also read that Burt's Bees and California Baby are really good, but pricier. So I may have to wait a bit before trying those.
I did a quick google search, and it seems like it's in Canada, too, but I'd search more on it. The third article link here reads, "Johnson & Johnson's Baby Shampoo sold in the U.S., Canada, China, Indonesia and Australia still contains quaternium-15, but according to the product labels, it isn't in versions of the products sold in eight other countries: Denmark, Finland, Japan, the Netherlands, Norway, South Africa, Sweden and the U.K."
i guess it's in the Canadian stores they don't have it. i have to go through
the "starter set" is about $20 and that's what we were gifted, it came with a small thing of oil, a small soap, a container of diaper ointment, and a large sized lotion and a large sized shampoo/body wash.
