If your LO signs, what sign have you found most useful?
My current favorite is "help". It has really helped to diffuse some frustration pre-tantrum.

Help and All Done are the only 2 we use, and they help a lot. LO was flinging his food off of his tray and we discovered that it was his way of telling us he was finished. We taught him the sign and after about a week he stopped flinging food (hurray!). Help is good because LO will get himself into pretty dangerous circumstances trying to do things by himself...if I ask him if he needs help he stops in his tracks and does the sign, which prevents him from being frustrated by what he can't do.

"More" and "all done"
I don't even know how "help" looks like actually, and that would have been helpful

Help and/or frustrated. But...all done and more have been very frequently used/helpful as well.

We never signed but, now that he talks, saying "more" "no more" and "up" have been lifesavers. So, I'd imagine that if he did know how to sign before he could speak, those would've probably been the best phrases for us to have taught him. Maybe baby #2.

More and all done are really helpful. So is 'eat'- but she will sign that all the time! Girlfriend loves her snacks!

More but that is the only one she does. She knows others but everything is more.

I've really been working on "all done" for the reason @Mrs. Lion: described. DS flings his food and cups when he's finished, and has cracked and ruined about $20-30 in straw cups. I hope it will curb the issue!

LO is a late talker (only about 6 words at nearly 20 months). He CAN talk (if you catch him off-guard, he's said things like grandma and pizza and a whole bunch of other words), but talking seems to embarrass him. So signing has been a lifesaver. He uses about 40 signs. I think "shoes" (which he signs when he wants to go outside), and help, more, and music are his most helpful. And milk. And book. Gosh, without words, they are all really helpful and have stopped a number of tantrums.

More, all done, and milk << can't decide.
Help sounds like a good one. I should teach him that!
