Aveeno baby wash & shampoo, J&J bedtime lotion. I also started adding the J&J soothing vapor bath to the bath water when she was sick a month ago, but now I do it every time because it smells good!

We use Dove baby wash/shampoo and Aveeno baby lotion - I really like them and I use Dove soap and Aveeno lotion myself so it seemed natural to use their baby counterparts.

@lawbee11: What is the J&J soothing vapor bath??? I've never heard of it! DS has been congested for a couple days and this sounds amazing. Did it help your DD??
We've only been using Aveeno nighttime bath and lotion!

@walnutems: Yes! Love it! What I usually do when she is congested is run a hot shower for a few minutes before bathtime to get the bathroom steamy, then I add the J&J stuff to her bath water. It smells like menthol and helps clear her sinuses.

@MsLipGloss: do your LO have dry skin? My LO has sensitive skin and also dry. I don't know how to deal with it because it's from my husband's side. I always had olive-toned, oily skin. LO is very porcelain and pink.

@CupQuakeWalk: Yes, her skin is definitely on the drier side (and so is mine). Annnnd, you totally made me lol with "very porcelain and pink"!

we've been using dr bronner's unscented mild castile soap on my LO since she was a baby, and she suffered from eczema, so it was gentle enough for her skin. she's nearly 4 now and her eczema is much much better, but we still use the soap since it's worked well for her, and it's reasonable in price and can find a big bottle at target.
