We've been trying to wean my 3 year old off of chewing on her lovey. We used rewards, bribes, etc. We actually got her off of it for a week or so, but then she spent a weekend at grandma's and it all went downhill from there. None of our old tricks are working. I've also got a teething baby who's up 3x at night. So I've given into the lovey. I just tell myself she won't be chewing on it at college, right??

Getting her to sleep in her room. She's completely against the idea and we're too tired to try right now. She's 3.

so many. she's 3. my husband thinks I just let her get away with murder, but he's not the one with her 24/7/365, so I do what I have to to survive!

Getting him to sleep in his own bed/room. Our fault for co-sleeping with him as an infant, but it was due to all his illnesses and it was the only way any of us would get any sleep. We didn't mind it, but now that he's taller, who knew a king sized bed for 2 adults and a toddler could be small?!

DD is 11 months and we co-sleep still, and ONE day I'd like to get her back into her room but it works for us mostly so I'm just ignoring it for now!

@Alivoo01: just wait until another baby comes and is added to the bed!
@BeachMama: so much stuff!!!! We cosleep because it's easiest. DS1 still isn't potty trained (turned 3 in September). I offer my boys our dinner every day, but sometimes they just eat yogurt and cheese for dinner. I guess I figure they'll grow out of this one day??!! But hey, I got the bottle away from my 18 month old. Small victories!

Dinner battles. I make him taste everything but at the end of the day, I just need him to eat.

@Mamasig: I'm currently pregnant with #2 and I've been thinking about this a lot! I know she'll be in her bassinet next to us for a couple months, but we're hoping she takes to a crib! Our fingers are crossed super duper hard. lol!! Otherwise, yea...
Sad thing is, DS is a heavy roller and has fallen out of the king sized bed. Really???????

@Alivoo01: well DS2 was in his crib exclusively until maybe 10 months? Now he starts off there and joins us if he wakes up. Yup, we're crammed. Baby 3 is coming in May. Hopefully someone exits the bed by then!

Keeping their clothes on when we're at home. They just won't keep them on...at least they wear them when we're out. Oh well.

Bedtime! He falls asleep without protest & sleeps through the night, so I tell myself it's not so awful that we can't seem to get him down before 10/10:30!
