My neighbor asked if Chloe could come play with her 2yo, and of course I said yes!
In the last hour I've sent out proofs, chatted with a friend, cleaned the living room & kitchen, clipped coupons and folded a load of laundry.
I've surprised myself. I don't think I've ever been so productive. Is this the second trimester energy I keep hearing about?
What can you accomplish in an hour alone?

One hour alone is a half day in mommy time! 
I could run errands, clean, do dishes, get laundry started, snuggle the pups, eat, etc. etc. etc. etc.

I can straighten out the house, meaning put away all the stray stuff, take out the garbage and recycling, fold/put away a load of laundry, make the beds, etc. I can do a lot in an hour!

Yesterday in an hour, with my toddler, I made ham, potato & kale soup from scratch and ham, spinach & cheese quiche. And also cleaned most of dinner prep up.
In an hour alone, DH can clean up from breakfast, throw in two loads of laundry, clean the house and fit in a workout.

If I'm at home alone I can clean, do laundry, dishes, emails, a few calls.

@mrsjyw: my house has been so neglected that I probably could have done a lot more if there wasn't such a large mess.
12 weeks of feeling icky & putting almost 100% of the workload on my husband meant we just let some things slip.. Toys everywhereeeee.
I haven't puked in a week (!!!!) and woke up today feeling AWESOME so I decided to take advantage while it lasts!
