When I do bath, I think I can't wait till she is walking and then runs from me naked after toweling her off. I can just picture the cute booty running down the hall. I am sure I will regret it one day.

@Smurfette: haha it is pretty cute but really not as fun after the first time! LoL
I think the only thing I'm waiting for now is even more verbal communication.

LO is only 4 months but I can't wait for her first word! I also look forward to seeing her walk around. We haven't even mastered rolling yet..... But it's pretty cute to watch her try!

I can't wait for Xander to say "Mama!" I keep trying to get him to do it and the closest I think we came was this morning when he said "Ra Ra!"

haha I LOVE when A takes off running naked after his bath. It's his favorite thing to do after bath time.
Right now I'm looking forward to him saying more words.

@Smurfette: B runs to the bath tub for bath time but pees next to it if I'm not fast enough getting him in the tub. And then he says "uh oh"...

@Adira: I think it was a fluke when R said it this weekend. I haven't heard it since and I have her teachers on the look out too.

I can't wait for her to talk. The point and grunt to communicate her needs is getting rough. Especially when she points in a general direction where there are a million things she could want!

@littlek: I am not looking forward to diapers changes at B's age. Now they are getting hard enough.
And yuck on the peeing at the tub. I strip R down to her diaper and she stands at the tub while it fills up but I don't take the diaper off till right before. One time her peeing was enough for me.

I can't wait for him to talk in full sentences! In the past few weeks he has been saying so many new words..it's so fun to listen to him!

@Smurfette: I don't think Xander can even make "m" sounds! I have yet to hear one! At least you know R can make them! Hopefully she'll be saying "Mama" all the time for you soon!

@Smurfette: My husband thinks it's hilarious.. i think it's a guy thing... I just say to myself "pee is sterile"

Walking!
We are so close. I know everyone says that I'll regret wishing away the time when she's not walking, but she already *wants* to walk everywhere, she just can't, so she's really frustrated about it, and always pulling on my pants to try to climb up me to help her walk.

@JoJoGirl: (((hugs))) sometimes I think it's the BF'ed baby with a WOHM, J took forever, too. It will happen!
I can't wait until he has more words. He wants to talk with us but not so many words and he gets frustrated.

More words.
@JoJoGirl: Oh, I feel ya girl. Mine is almost 16 months old and I can count on one hand the number of times he's STTN.

While part of me can't wait for her to walk, talk, and do a jig, I secretly just want for her to stay small, forever.

Firstly, STTN!!! And for him to be old enough to enjoy a Disney move, snuggled on the couch between mama and dada!

I just can't wait for full on conversations with her. We talk now in very basic sentences and some of the things she says in her basic sentences are so funny that I can't wait for the crazy and out there questions I'm sure she's going to ask.

STTN...and it needs to happen soon! Mama is exahusted!!
Otherwise, I'm looking forward to his first word. That's going to be so fun!

@JoJoGirl: Hahaha. I was trying to block out the not STTN. It has made me deranged at work. It will be heaven when I can have uninterrupted sleep. 2 nights ago we had a 2-hour high-five middle of the night wake-up. Seriously, kid?

@JoJoGirl: THIS!!
I also can't wait for him to say mama and to reach out for me when I go pick him up from daycare!! He's 4.5 months.

I'm looking forward to "I love you mama."
Not looking forward to "I hate you mom!"

I can't wait for her to say I love you and start walking. If she would start walking I could avoid the awkward "she should be walking by now" comments

Absolutely sleep through the night. Good lord, I'm a mess and can't take much more!
@Smurfette: L says MumMum when he is upset. But doesn't really say Mama.
