I'm thinking gold shoes and jewelry but that seems the most obvious. Thoughts?

What's the occasion? How casual or dressy do you want it to be?
If it were me, I'd wear a turquoise statement necklace and nude shoes.

@Rainbow Sprinkles: oh I like that! It's for my sisters wedding next month so pretty dressy.

I'd do a pretty turquoise necklace (something a bit bold...I think that's a perfect dress for it since it's all one texture/no pattern) and a nude wedge!

I'd definitely go with nude shoes. I agree that turquoise would be a very nice pop of color. I've also seen amethyst purple and citrine yellow (both set in gold metal) look great with that shade or reddish orange.

I personally would do nude heels, a simple gold necklace, and then some earrings. I don't always like contrasting jewelry because I think it can look dated. (I like it, just will be a fad more than classic gold).

@LibbyLou: Good point, I don't want to look dated in photos 10 years from now! That's a really pretty necklace!

I would probably wear a white pearl strand and either silver or gold shoes.

Ha, I was going to say turquoise statement necklace as well, with a metallic heel.
