I have a massive headache that isn't going away. I'm working (kind of) from home because of it. I didn't feel much like eating but knew if I made some boxed (gluten free) mac and cheese that I'd eat it and probably feel a bit better/perkier at least. What did I do to make it even more comforting (as if mac and cheese wasn't comforting enough)? I put kerrygold butter and half and half in. To. Die. For. (Yes, I know I make excellent nutritional choices when I don't feel good- don't hate).
