Walking! He started walking yesterday. He also points at everything and asks, "Dat?" I love how curious he is about the world around him.

He goes up to things he's not supposed to touch, like the stove knob or an outlet, and he shakes his hands and says ”na na na”! He also waves bye bye even when he's upset, so he'll be fussing and crying when it's bedtime, and I'll pick him up and say ”say goodnight!” and he'll wave even though he's still crying. Ah, heartbreaking and adorable!

@Cherrybee: I know, he's too much! You've inspired me to teach him mouth harp, now!

@rahlyrah: Eee!! How exciting!!!

G learned the sign for 'more,' so now she does it all the time and it's freaking adorable. She also says 'ni-ni' and lays down on blankies in the living room. Oh, and we found out yesterday when she has too much sugar (bday cake) she does a crazy-happy-tap-dance.

@MoonMoon: B does the "no no no" thing too! One time he was pulling my hair with one hand, and shaking his finger at himself and going "no no no" with the other

And when we give him something he likes, he nods his head "thank you!" until we say "you're welcome!" I think he picked that up in day care!

he is 19 months and started naming the letters of the alphabet. maybe this is normal for this age, but i had no clue and i find it amazing! He has those foam letters for the bath and now picks them up and says many of the letter correctly!

@Cherrybee: our LOs sound like they're at the same stage! DD just started giving kisses and waving on command. She also will say "hi" and wave to people walking by. So cute! My favourite these days is when she picks up her toy phone and puts it to her ear and says "hi!"

@MoonMoon: Haha. B says, "Ow!" whenever he pinches us. I try so hard not to laugh, but it's hilarious.

LO will randomly break into song. It's adorable!

DS is starting to notice things around him more and gets REALLY excited when he sees something he likes. He's also started screaming when he's happy, which DH finds annoying but I love it.

She's started blowing kisses and it melts my heart. It's kind of a hitting herself in the face and then stretching out her arm while saying "BWAH!". Cracks me up. And just waving bye bye too.

@Cherrybee: I've been trying to teach C blow kisses but the most she does is a "ma" sound after I do a kiss sound. But she laughs in response to it her people laughing, so I will do a fake 'hahahaha' sound and she does it back, which makes me laugh for real, which makes her laugh more. It's so cute. And she does know kiss- when she's in the right mood she tips her forehead towards you for a kiss then rubs noses. I love it.

LO is 15 months. He just tarted pointing to whatever he hurt. Like his rocking horse (elephant) ran over his foot and he came over to me to show me his toes. And he knows all of his board books. You can say- go get Good Night Moon, or Tickletime or whatever (I think he knows about 20!) and he'll go find it on the shelf and bring it to you! Such a clever little monkey of mine!
