I've taken multivitamins before but never stuck with them. I don't really know much about them, like if there are better kinds, kinds to avoid...etc.
Also interested in probiotics maybe? But I'm uneducated about those too.

Fish oil!!! Nordic naturals is a great brand. Plus a prenatal and a cocktail of other pregnancy stuff. But fish oil is really good for you. I think a multi, even a few days a week, is good. I don't worry about it every day so much.

My doctor prescribed vitamin D and calcium supplements for me because a blood test showed my levels were low. I have recently started taking a fish oil supplement and extra vitamin c too.

I take gummy multi vitamins. It's the only way I could get in the habit of taking vitamins. I took the gummy prenatals while TTC and pregnant.

I'm over 35, so I take the Rainbow Light 35+ Prenatal vitamin & feel like it has all kinds of good stuff in it, including some pro-biotics. They also have a "regular" prenatal vitamin if you aren't 35+ or you want to only take 1/day--I have to take 3 of these/day. Also, I find them at our local grocery store's natural section, don't have to go anywhere special. Not sure if these pics will be helpful... I also took some of the individual nutrients, but don't want to clog up this page. Just ask if anyone wants to see those.

I take a prenatal vitamin, mega red krill oil (it's like a fish oil), B12, and vitamin D. I have been feeling great with this combination of vitamins, hardly ever sick so I think it's because of the vitamins. My sleep is terrible though so hope to get a better sleep routine in 2015.

I take a bunch, based on my plan with tbe naturopath. GLA, fish oil, B Complex, a herbal homeopathic blend for hormone balance, and Greens Plus powder. When I remember to take them all, I feel great.
