2 of my prom dresses are currently sitting in my spare room.. I'm thinking about getting rid of them and the other two were donated(I think). What did you do with your prom dresses?

I think my Mom donated my old dresses to Goodwill.

Donated two of them, and one is sitting in my mom's closet. I love it too much to get rid of it....

I'm holding onto my prom dress- I only went to one prom, and it is freakin' fab. I don't care if i'll never wear it again I can't stand to get rid of it haha
Everyone post pictures of them at prom so we can see the dresses :)!!

How about wearing it to a throwback party or halloween? I think I may have donated mine or my mom has it packed somewhere.

I had a bunch of formal dresses from high school. Some were sold and some were donated.

I definitely don't fit into it right now (the dress is a size 7, and I'm a 16 now!) One day I would love to be able to wear it again.I think I will keep it....I really loved that dress. I have a couple other dresses that I will probably donate though.

I donated to a prom dress specific organization that was local, giving dresses to girls who can't afford them.
I have friends with all their dresses in their closet.. I don't get it! But I'm not sentimental, and love clearing out space, so I sold my wedding dress on Ebay as well

I donated to a local teen shelter who were collecting them for teens who couldn't afford them so they could go to prom. I donated all my bridesmaid dresses too (well 10 of them anyways.)

haha I still have mine too! I was going to sell it to a friend's little sister, but it never happened. I'll get around to it one of these days. It has no sentimental value at all since I broke up with the guy I went to prom with after a year.

Still have my one, love itttt. And like to try it on every so often to make sure I am still doing ok bodywise.....pre-pregancy of course, it'll be fun to fit into it someday post-preg!

I still have every single one of mine and it drives my husband crazy! I just feel like they have too much sentimental value...and this sounds super hoarder of me but I have a hard time getting rid of things that cost a lot of money.

My prom dress and numerous other formal dance dresses sat in my closet in my old room for years. I finally cleaned them out and donated most of them to whatever donation company my mom called to pick up our stuff!

I have all of my formals. I LOVED playing with my Mom's old formals when I was a kid, so I kept all of mine in case I have a LO someday that I like me!

My old prom dress is hanging out in my parents' basement - my mom actually dug it out a few weeks ago and asked me what I wanted to do with it because she doesn't want it taking up space anymore. It will probably be donated to Goodwill or a similar organization.

I never went to prom.. never went to any dances during hs! Didn't want to waste my time and $$ on hair, makeup, dress, shoes, etc. No regrets!
