I had a slice of veggie pizza and a hardboiled egg.

Leftovers from father's day breakfast I made.
Scrambled eggs, bacon, spinach quiche and banana oat pancakes. -
Steel cut oats with flaxseed, honey, and strawberries. I have an iced coffee with protein powder in the fridge too.

I just had some honey bunches of oats w/ milk.
About to dig into some cheddar cheese sandwich crackers as a snack!

A piece of GF toast with apricot jam, some sliced honeydew and a sausage link.

Coffee and peanut butter on toast.

Half an english muffin with peanut butter, an egg scrambled with salsa, maple breakfast sausages, glass of milk.

baked egg white veggie frittata! And coffee. Because...obviously.

a piece of dairy free chocolate babka. So good with coffee!

A piece of whole wheat toast and Starbucks drip coffee with a little cream.

2 hardboiled eggs. I have a banana but I never ate it.

Half french vanilla cappuccino with decaf and a chocolate donut.

At home: one cup of coffee, green smoothie.
At work: another cup of coffee, about 15 almonds. -
Old fashioned oats with craisins and walnuts.

TJ lemon poppy seed muffin, home made iced coffee and throat coat tea and honey (feeling a little under the weather)

Special K Vanilla Almond with almond milk and a latte. I've been cutting down on Starbucks but I couldn't resist this morning.

Greek yogurt and a banana, which I ate with one hand while nursing. Then a blueberry donut!
