I didn't do anything...My birthday falls at a terrible time in terms of work.

I just had mine...DH was gone and H & I went to visit my family in La. We had breakfast with my parents on my actual birthday, and flew home. I had a takeout salad from my favorite restaurant and ate it with my girl, while she ate solids:)

DS turned 1 month old on my last birthday and I can't remember what we did.
I think we ate sushi?
Birthdays aren't really a big deal to me. -
We just went to the beach for my birthday Tuesday! It was so flippin hot but it was LO's first time so it was fun

My 30th is Saturday and we are having dinner at home with my family and ILs. Those are the only plans that I know about. DH was charged with organizing the day so we will probably just hang at home :-/. I want to go to a specific winery but it's tough to get out with a newborn.

We're going to spend the day in the Hamptons. Our anniversary is a few days later so we're spending the night in a fancy hotel.

Not much-- I was just getting out of the first trimester nausea and exhaustion. We ended up going out to dinner with one other couple and it was perfect-- she was pregnant too so I wasn't even the only one not drinking or eating oysters!
@fancyfunction: I've been really trying to convince this baby that Aug 1 would be a good birthday! Due on the 30th but my grandmother's 90th bday is Aug 1 so I think it would be nice.

We went to dinner for my last birthday. My 30th is in February and my husband wants to do something big. I not sure though. I kind of stopped being big on birthdays when I was little, except for 21~we went to Vegas. I'm just not a huge birthday person.
