I always forget bibs and that can yield catastrophic results. I'm going to stuff a few in there right now!

I'm definitely a diaper bag minimalist though so I'm sure to most I forget tons. lol

Bibs! And sometimes the travel change-mat. Dh forgot to pack the wipes when we went out on new years eve, so he had to leave halfway through a dinner at a friends to buy some since lo's nappy was full of poop!

Spare change of clothes, I always take pieces out and forget to replace them.

Extra set of clothes or puree pouches. LO will finish a pouch and I'll forget to refill it.

I always have to remember to switch out LO's spare clothes and I'm sure one day I'm going to need to change and find out the spare stuff is too small!

LO doesn't get a paci when we're out anymore, but I would always forget to check for them when he was younger. There have been a few occasions where I forgot to check and we didn't have one. I either bought more or drove home with a screaming baby. No fun!
