Trying to find satisfying and easy lunch options that are healthy/low calorie. It can't take a lot of prep because I am already prepping LO's lunch too and I can only do so much So what do you bring for lunch?

Leftovers from dinner, or I take an hour or two on Sunday and cook up a bunch of chicken, sweet potatoes and another veg and portion them out for the week.

Leftovers-a lean meat, a veggie, and a carb. Or soup-always easy in bulk to portion out. Salad in the summer

Usually leftovers or soup (that I make on Sunday afternoon). Today my DH made me some tuna that I put on toast at the office.

This week I’ll be bringing pork tenderloin and roasted sweet potatoes and Cajun spiced chicken breast with sweet potatoes. Boring, but gets the job done.
I like to have big salads – throw some tuna on there for protein, or some other meat. I like to use those packages of tuna that are seasoned and ready to eat because they have enough flavor that you don’t need to use dressing on your salad. I’ll add nuts, dried fruit, avocado, maybe a little bit of parmesan cheese. The avocado isn't low calorie, but it's good fats and keeps me full longer, so I eat less over the course of the day.
Lean soups. I’ll make a big batch over the weekend and freeze portions so all I have to do is reach in and grab one in the morning.

Leftovers, usually. This week I am eating the kale and quinoa salad that was posted on the blog!

Leftovers or I make a big salad and grill up some chicken and eat that for the week. Romaine, spinach, radish, peppers, onion, cucumbers, and then I'll mix up the dressing. Sweet chili is my favorite to give it some pazazz.
I have to food prep on Sundays otherwise I resort to turkey sandwich and chips...not that healthy.

Today I was really good - I brought unsweetened Greek yogurt with blueberries and honey. And for lunch I brought a salad with Gorgonzola, cranberries and nuts on top.
I went crazy grocery shopping Friday night to get everything I'd need for this week.

@travellingbee: I think the easiest thing would be leftovers - when dinner is over pack it up right then and your good to go!

Pre-morning sickness, usually leftovers. Now that I can' stomach normal foods, I bring weird things like frozen eggo waffles, lots of PBj, fruit in a cup---but none of that is particularly healthy and definitely not low cal!
You could pre-make salads on Sundays and put them in individual tupperwares. Or you can bring hummus and carrots and pita. Yum!
If you don't want prep and don't have an issue with sodium, I would just buy a stack of lean cuisines, haha

@Mamaof2: Yeah, I like to bring leftovers too, but my DH is a big eater and often will finish off the meal. Maybe I need to start making bigger portions and telling him hands off!

@Anagram: That's totally what I end up doing. Lean cuisines and TJ's reduced guilt meals.
I never feel particularly satisfied with a salad as a meal. Unless it is an unhealthy one of course.

@travellingbee: Sometimes I double a recipe just because I know DH is going to eat too much of it and ruin my leftovers plan

We make extra portions of anything that reheats well for leftovers. I supplement or round out meals with fruit or nuts.

Leftovers, salad (DH will grill me a bunch of chicken to cut up for it), or I do turkey wraps with spinach and some fruit/chips.

I made a huge bowl of quinoa mixed with salsa, black beans, corn, avocado, kale and turkey bacon and portioned it out into lunches for the week.
