I call my mom "umma," which is mom in Korean. Charlie calls me mommy, mom, and Bee haha. It would be nice if he called me umma, but I guess I never taught it to him.
What do you call your mom? What do you want your LO to call you?

haha this reminds me of a story. A male friend of ours was at Costco with his son (about 4 years old at the time?) and his son was throwing a tantrum, so he walked away from him. His son called "Dad! Dad! Dad!" when he didn't respond, he started yelling "Eugene! Eugene!" still no response, so he yelled "Babe!!!" (what he and his wife call each other.) haha.

When I was young, I'd call her Mama, then to Ma, then it evolved into Mom exclusively. I'm not sure what LO will call me. Mom? But the norm here is mamma and pappa.

Mom or momma if I'm being silly/sarcastic toward here like "oh yeah right momma!" If I need her attention at family functions/crowded places I'll say her full name but she hates that!

I call my mom "mom" or "ma". I wanted my LO to call me "mommy" (what I called my mom when I was little) but she started calling me "fishie". We keep wondering if she will call me that her entire life or if she will eventually call me mom!
She calls her dad "daddy" although she occasionally calls him "Joe" (his name) especially if she is asking him for something (I think she's imitating me when she does this!)
