Just curious!
What do you consider "bedtime" - the time the routine starts or the time the head hits the mattress?

I dunno. We start bedtime routine at 7 PM every night, but actual bedtime is anything between 7:30 and 7:45 usually. I often just quote 7 PM b/c that's when we get everything started.
