I really hate working out, so it isn't something I enjoy at all (even though I think it's important, so I've been prioritizing it). So I find it hard to count it as "me time".

My "me time" is mostly in the evenings, after the kids have gone to bed... or early in the morning, before the kids have woken up. If I'm not busy with work, I try and set the alarm so I can do the dishes in the morning. I listen to NPR or stream a video, and it's actually a pretty relaxing time for me.

Sometimes when the kids are not sleeping though, it feels like there is absolutely no "me time" for me or for Bee. That's the worst...
