Mostly always ranch! I'll begrudgingly use ketchup if ranch isn't available. I *do* prefer In n' Out fries with ketchup though for some reason.

@Danizaur: my boss sometimes dips his fries into his Frosty. It was a surprising thing to see him do because it was so unlike him.

Ketchup. I did like mayo when I was abroad. European mayo is more vinegar-y and I loved it on fries.

@Mrs. Jacks: Poutine is my preferred way to eat fries, but for just dipping - gravy alone is the way to go!
