A seems to be getting his first cold. 
He is super snotty and sneezing a lot and coughing from the congestion. So far, I've been using the Little Noses saline drops and suctioning out what I can see with the bulb syringe. We are also going to start using his humidifier tonight.
Are there any other tips you have for when baby gets congested? He seems otherwise to be happy and no fever, but his breathing makes me so sad.

Aw poor baby, I hope he feels better soon!
My pedi suggested letting him play in the bathroom while I was in a hot shower/hot shower running, that the steam will loosen everything up.

We used the nose frida sucker, it worked SO much better for us than the bulb suction when DS was smaller. He didn't like it but it worked well. Once he got past about 12 mos he tolerated the bulb suction better. We also squirt a little bullet of saline in to loosen things up before sucking.

We used the Baby Nose Comfy. It's like the Nose Frida but you use a wad of tissue instead of the foam plug thing. I highly recommend either one. The bulb suction never worked for us either.

Saline spray, sitting in a steamy bathroom, baby Vicks, cold mist humidifier, and the Nose Frida. Now that she's older we do all the same things but we use the bulb instead.

I second the steam + saline + nosefrida (which she hates, but whatevs). And if he's super stuffy it can help to nap semi-upright, like in a carseat or a bouncy seat or something. Poor babies who can't prop their head up on five million pillows

Mainly just steam/humidifier. Lo HATES having her nose wiped, but just will not let me suction it..if we do it, she's screaming and crying, which brings on more snot...

Another nose Frieda fan here! M totally hates it, but it works great and she gets over it quickly.
