What do you do when you are just at the end of your rope, frazzled, stressed, fed up? Do you have some kind of outlet that helps release the tension?

It's been a hard freaking winter here. So much snow making it so hard to get around, can't use the stroller because the sidewalks aren't cleared, cooped up all the time, dh's work is really stressful and unpredictable... We are both just feeling done.

So, I keep trying to figure out what will help. I know people feel better after working out, but I kind of hate going to the gym. I prefer walking outside for exercise, but I shouldn't have moved to New England for that. I think I may join the gym just for the childcare!
