I use them to make garlic bread. (garlic, butter, mayo, green onions, a little cheese).

All great ideas! I usually plan 2 meals with them, burgers, sloppy joes, pulled pork or DH will make sandwiches out of them.

I usually freeze them because I feel guilty throwing them out, and then I forget they're there so they get freezer burn and i throw them out anyway. next time I may try sloppy joes!
Does anyone remember that scene from Father of the Bride where Steve Martin gets arrested for trying to remove the superfluous buns? I always think of that when DH comes home from the grocery with an uneven number of hot dogs and buns lol

I leave them in my pantry and let mold grow all over them. Then I throw them away.

@highwire: That's what I do too, except it sits on the counter. Sometimes I throw it in the fridge and let it grow mold there.
