I just bought my first washi tape to use on the silverware for LO's birthday party. It was so easy to make plain plastic silverware pretty and unique!
What else can I do with washi tape? What have you done?

Haha I feel you on the washi tape excitement! I bought a bunch before Christmas with a gift card I had and after wrapping all of my Christmas presents (and a few other presents) with it, I don't know what else to do. I'd love some suggestions as well!

I used some on plain white cups I'm going to use for popcorn!

I write to penpals, so I decorate envelopes with it.

@abbydabbydoodlebug: I've used twine to decorate picture frames. I just hot glue it and line it up close together. You can also wrap it around bottles to make a vase.

I've used it to put up pictures. It makes it quite easy to change the pictures seasonally.

When I have extra baked goods I seal the package with washi tape and a paper label. I also think it looks nice with plain wrapping paper for gifts (although I am way too cheap to do the fancy designs you see all over pinterest)
I am excited to try wrapping it around the metal shell of tea lights, I think they will look so cute!
