I hate eating sweet things for breakfast....so that eliminates a lot of the healthy choices! I feel good when I've had an egg white breakfast sandwich of sorts. Oh and COFFEE!

I change it up between healthy and unhealthy waffles, cereal, or a healthy breakfast sandwich.

Usually cereal and/or fruit. On weekends I might have a bagel or egg and cheese on english muffin.

Two Nutrigrain waffles w/ no syrup, some kind of high protein Greek yogurt, a piece of fruit, and a glass of milk. Sometimes I swap out the yogurt for 2-3 scrambled eggs with a spoonful of shredded cheese on top.

Usually two runny eggs over two slices of wheat toast that have a smear of Dijon on them, topped with a bit of Parmesan cheese. And coffee. Always coffee.
Or a peanut butter sandwich/toast.

To drink I have either coffee or milky tea.

Weekdays, a baked oatmeal bar & tea. Weekends, whatever delicious "breakfast" food my husband makes. He's big on the classics (french toast, pancakes, eggs, bacon, etc).

I go through phases. Right now I eat berries with greek yogurt. Occasionally I'll have sprouted grain toast with peanut butter and banana. I used to eat oatmeal everyday with almond butter and banana. I love eggs but I'm too lazy to make them that often.

During the work week, I'll usually have a hard boiled egg, and a string cheese. I have a piece of fruit after an hour or two later.
On the weekends, we will usually make breakfast burritos, waffles, or open faced egg sandwiches.
