I think I will have green beans and Mac n cheese with some Costco chicken for dinner!

I love making chicken salad with it, and then throwing it over some greens with feta and any other goodies I can find.

We usually wrap them in tortilla and make chicken tacos!

Either mashed potatoes and gravy or Rice-a-roni. And some sort of vegetable too.

I would totally buy this potato salad they also sell there. Although I dont know the brand. Drool.

I usually cut them up and use them in recipes. Chicken tetrazzini, chicken pot pie, etc.

we shred it up and put it with rosemary and pasta and parmasean. it's amazing.

We just had our first Costco rotisserie chicken this week. So much for $5. We just ate it with rice. I think next time I will shred it!

OH rotisserie chicken. i was like, WTF Is "roto chicken". I bought one last week and we just diced the meat off it and had chicken caesar salads. It's also good shredded into soups. Or just hack off a piece and serve with veggies for an easy dinner. I'll also just pick it right off the carcass. It's so flavorful.

We usually eat it with a bag of frozen corn (the microwave steamers kind). Then I'll make chicken salad with the leftovers.

We get their rotisserie chicken probably 2 - 3x a month! DH shreds it immediately and we use it to top salads. Then after about 5 days if we haven't finished it, we start putting it in our dog's food
