I have.... a big giant blank space (huge - maybe 5 feet x 8 feet?). We've lived in this house over a year. Oops.
It's the first wall that you really see when you walk in to the house through the garage, which we do often. We have a lot of family pictures in the room but I'm looking to do something other than that.
Help me out, bees?

We have custom built-in floor to ceiling redwood bookcase. There's about 2.5 feet on either side where I keep intending to hang up art. Hasn't happened yet

For now we have a photo of DH's dad as a baby being held by his father.
We need photos on either side for the proportion to make sense, but haven't gotten that far. But we've only lived in this house for a few months.

@MrsF: We've lived in our house for 2.5 years and so far I only have ONE thing (well, it's 3 small decorative mirrors) up on the walls!

A huge empty wall. I can't find anything I love to put there. I think I might just do a gallery wall but with no personal pictures. Thinking a map of the town we got married, big last name initial, and other prints. I don't know.......

Thank you ladies so much for the inspiration! I'm envious of those with windows, etc already in that spot. I'm terrible with decor but the empty space is driving me nuts!
@FannyMae: I had been looking at things in a triptych style, mostly because I'm kind of intimidated by making a gallery wall but not really ready to commit to one large item.
