A nursing tank and yoga pants or shorts. If it's cold, I'll add a t-shirt.

@Danizaur: Same here. Sometimes I sort of grumble if company is coming because I have to tie the girls back up. LOL.
I don't really have a put together lounge look. I'm either COMFY and relaxed or I'll change into something presentable if I'm leaving the house. If DH and I are just going to hole up for the weekend, we reaaaally don't care about looking good. Haha.
@Ash: When I come home for lunch, I don't want to get my work clothes messy by spilling on them. So I make sure my blinds are shut and then fix and eat my lunch lounging on the couch in my undies after I stash my pants/skirt and work shirt on the dresser. Thank goodness no one ever comes over unexpectedly during lunch.

I also change my clothes and take off all my jewelry (including wedding/engagement rings) as soon as I'm home for the day. I will typically put on sweats and a self-bra tank or one of two "house dresses" that I used to wear when I was in my early 20s but now find them too short to wear except at home or to run a quick trip to the grocery/drug store.
